I miss lots of things since we've crammed into this tiny little apartment. Most of all, I miss dressers. Drawers to fill our neatly washed and folded clothes and where my kids know how to leave their clothes. Right now they are sharing a closet and a closet organizer and every day I know I am re-washing items that have been puked out of the closet unworn. Items that have been accidentally pulled off hangers and ripped out of their hanging organizer to thrown on the floor in disarray. I can't take it and I just wash it again. The organizer is the worst item on the planet. I used it for Gwen's storage for her next season's clothes, it is NOT working for jeans and PJs. They it just seems to roll up their clothes like balls, no matter how hard I try. I hate that organizer right now. I want to burn it in a raging fire in the middle of this apartment complex's parking lot.
Dressers are just like a dream that I can't wait to have back. Neatly stacked pants and pajamas. Sigh. I miss you, dressers. I can't wait to have you back.
Temporary living stinks.
